Alarm clock blues

Why is it when ever you set your alarm clock on to get up early that it never works! Well the Alarm clock works only you don’t. And not only that but when you turn over to go back to sleep again you continue usually for 2 hours and then you wake up feeling crap. Mentally because you oversleep physically, because in effect you have had broken sleep.
